Ok to start with im posting this here in the very public section of our forums so EVERYONE can read it. Currently all allied and arcane rank 3/4s have come to an agreement with HK. The agreement is as follows

Arcane will remain set to war vs HK for 1 full week!! without acting upon it. If at the end of that week we feel as if Wizzard and Beccas have not changed there attitudes dramatically, raids will resume. So as for now DONT RAID, next sunday we will convene again and decide if we remain at war, or set to neutral.
